Camp Shalom Camperships
Needs-based tuition assistance is available by application for Summer 2025. Applications are available once registration is opened by CLICKING HERE. After you complete your application form and upload the required documents to accompany it, please contact the camp office for more information about the scholarship form and expected timelines. Shalom Scholarship forms will be collected and assessed by a committee of the Camp Shalom Board of Directors with assured discretion and confidentiality.

CYJ National Scholarship Fund
As an affiliate camp of the Canadian Young Judaea National Movement, Camp Shalom is eligible to draw upon this fund for additional financial assistance towards camper fees. At the discretion of the Camp Director and Scholarship Committee, selected camp scholarship applicants will be put forward to this fund to “double-dip” for your assistance. Please do not contact the CYJ office directly — rest assured that we will do everything in our power to maximize the assistance available to help bring your camper to camp.

Kids In Camp
Kids in Camp is a registered charity established to financially assist families to send their kids to an Ontario Camps Association accredited camp. Click here to learn more about this organization then contact the Camp Shalom office to see if you are eligible for this subsidy towards camper fees.

Jewish Free Loan Toronto
An interest-free loan for needy Jewish residents of the Greater Toronto Area particularly for those with limited financial resources and difficulty borrowing from other sources such as banks, credit cards, family and friends. Click here to learn more about this organization and how to apply.
